You will have 3 ways:
- chatting with our Telegram BOT (you don't need Telegram APP!!!)
- sending an e-mail to our support address
- using our helpdesk Web portal
You could always check your resolution process here.
Please note, that avoiding opening a support request ticket has bad consequences:
- we are not allowed to manage priorities properly. It is like going to a hospital emergency pretending to be helped immediately with a headache while there are persons in life danger
- we are not allowed to review the quality of the resolution process and to correct if something has gone wrong
- our operators are payed less if the ticket is missing because we can't verify their work quality
- you are not allowed to keep track of the resolution process
- we are not allowed to assign the best technician for your problem
- unhappy technicians and the impossibility of managing your request properly will make your answer slower and inaccurate
Thank you!
