How to open a new IT support Ticket chatting with our Telegram BOT

The first thing to know, you don't need to be a Telegram user to chat with a Telegram BOT, but on Apple devices is just a little bit more difficult.
With not Apple devices, just click here
With Apple devices you will have to copy the link and paste it on Firefox or Chrome (Safari doesn't work!)
You will see a page like this:
