Open a new IT support ticket by e-mail

Sending a request to our support is easy, you should take just some care:
- please, don't answer to a previous message, your new question will be queued to the old one and we will never get notified of this!
- please spend some effort to write a meaningful subject. It will be the first thing to be considered by us, and it will determine the priority of your instance.
- choose the right support address relevant to your organization (if we created a specific one for it), differently write to our generic helpdesk address.
