The Wi-Fi doesn't work

This is very bad for IT support that can't help you without the possibility to connect on your PC. But if your neighbours are "On line" without issues there are three simple things to check.

1) Just try to connect it! In this case The WI-Fi symbol in the bottom right corner pf the screen has a star nearby.

2) Flight mode enabled accidentally. (the same flight mode available to use smartphone during a flight..)

3) Accidentally switched off Wi-Fi by hotkey combination. On almost every laptop keyboard there is a key to toggle WI-Fi power, often to be used in combination with "Fn" Key.

If nothing works, a computer restart could be healty!
